"Received item today. Can't wait to try it. The bowls are sturdy and lids go on easily. Was looking instructions on how to properly use the lid e. g tap once or twice but found none. The bowls are smaller than I thought so will need to order the rectangle if these work out. Only recommendation to customer service is that the white plastic bag the product is shipped is too flimsy. My pkg came with the outer bag having tears throughout but mailing label was intact. One box partially crushed but product was okay though."
