"I had a very disappointing experience. The lunch box arrived scratched and dented and the replacement process was so inconvenient — printing labels, repacking and going to USPS — that it wasn’t worth the time. This is exactly why people buy from Amazon instead. The product is overrated and the customer service made it worse."

"I totally understand these are not marketed as watertight lunch boxes, but it would be really nice if the individual containers were remotely separated more than the laser welded dividers. Even just to keep Oreo crumbs from getting on peanut butter sandwiches, or cheez-its from getting on apple slices…"
