"I went to the website to purchase another Perk because it has worked superior for me. When the Perk wasn’t available, I thought surely the Metrro was a new & improved model. I was so disappointed. While very attractive, the design of the lid is just as others have complained. After taking a sip of your hot beverage you must catch the drip left when you remove the cup from your lip. Reminds me of disposable styrofoam coffee that have a hole in the top instead of a clear lip path. I purchased 4 because of the bogo. Hopefully they gift well."

Better lid seal please
"The lid seems to be the only problem I have with this cup; it's plastic and it doesn't seal airtight. You can feel the heat seeping out through it. I have spilt coffee on my shirt, my chair, and the floor-all on different occasions. It's finally sunk in that I should not tilt the cup when full. Other than that, I really like the cup. It keeps my coffee hot for quite some time."
