Rough and thin

"I’ve have many green sprouts products and love them, but these cloths are terrible. I expected them to be a bit thinner but they are literally like 1 layer of muslin. Also they are very very rough. It’s like a thin scrap of sand paper, not over exaggerating, I wouldn’t use this on my skin let alone a baby’s delicate skin. I tried to reach out to customer service, emailed and called, but got no response. I will still purchase the things that I love but I'm very unhappy with their customer service."
